What we store

• Your account: name, email address and profile picture from Google sign-in.
• Your reports: the documents you upload, a text copy of them, the facts we found, your answers and your report.
• Payments: the pack you bought, the amount and Cashfree’s payment reference. We never see your card or UPI details.

Why

Only to prepare your report, show it to you again, and keep your credit balance right. We don’t sell your data, show you ads, or use your documents to train AI models.

Who processes your documents

Your documents are stored on Cloudflare. To prepare a report, their text is sent to AI providers through OpenRouter (with data retention for training turned off) and to TypeSafe. Payments go through Cashfree Payments. If you use “Just say it”, your browser’s own speech recognition turns your voice into text; some browsers, such as Chrome, do this on their maker’s servers. We receive only the text.

How long we keep things

Uploaded documents and their text copy are deleted automatically 90 days after a report. Your report, which can include diagnoses and other health details, stays in your account until you delete it. You can delete any check, with its documents, at any time from My checks.

Deleting your account

Write to us from the address on the contact page and we’ll delete your account, reports and documents within 7 days. We keep payment records as the law requires.
