1. What ClaimRejected is

ClaimRejected is a self-help tool that reads insurance claim documents and explains them against IRDAI’s rules. It is not a law firm, an insurer or an insurance broker, and its reports are not legal advice. Decide for yourself, and talk to a lawyer before going to court.

2. Your account

Sign in with Google. Upload only documents you are entitled to share, such as your own or those of someone you are helping with their permission.

3. Credits

Checking documents is free, up to 5 a day. Opening a full report with its PDF uses 1 credit. New accounts get 1 free credit. Credits are bought in packs, never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash except as set out in the refund policy.

4. Accuracy

We check facts against your documents and apply published rules, but documents can be unclear and forums can decide differently. Reports are provided as they are, without a guarantee of any outcome.

5. Fair use

No uploading of others’ documents without permission, no attempts to bypass limits or access other accounts, and no use of the service to harass anyone.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
